What: Endangered Species Day While enjoying a fun day at the Zoo, learn how we’re working to save hundreds of species, both here and around the world. Please join us and see conservation work from a whole new perspective.

Event Information: This free event at the Zoo includes:
- Learn from Zoo experts who will talk about different endangered species, what their respective threats are and how you can help
- Children’s activities that highlight specific Zoo animals that are endangered
- Scheduled keeper chats, where you can meet members of our Animal Care team
- Sustainable merchandise in our gift shops that benefit animals’ natural habitats and communities that coexist with endangered species
- Food specials available at Lakeside Cafe and Cafe Kudu: Globe-shaped cookies and vegetarian fried rice and spring rolls
- The Sumatran Tiger Misto drink is available at Starbucks all day
- Bring an item from our wish list contributing to the animals’ enrichment activities. Gift drop-offs are available at both Zoo entrances during the event. Find the wish list at stlzoo.org/endangeredspeciesday.
