【聖路易時報訊】聖路易聯邦儲備銀行7月15日發佈人事命令，調升華裔Jun Zhang擔任該銀行信息技術行政官(Officer of Information Technology Administrative Services)。
Jun Zhang係於是2006年加入在克里夫蘭的聯邦儲備銀行(第四聯邦儲備區)服務，當時她領導多項專案支持該行Cash Product Office辦公室，包括跨越多個應用程式和項目，為國家現金自動化計畫(National Cash Automation Program)創建正式質量保證功能。
她於2015年7月加入聖路易聯邦儲備銀行(第八聯邦儲備區)，在升任信息技術行政官之前擔任高級經理。Jun Zhang住在聖路易醉心城(Creve Coeur)。
ST. LOUIS (July 15, 2022) — Jun Zhang was promoted to officer of information technology administrative services at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Zhang started her Federal Reserve career at the Cleveland Fed in 2006 where she led multiple efforts supporting the Cash Product Office, including the creation of a formal quality assurance function for the National Cash Automation Program spanning multiple applications and projects. She joined the St. Louis Fed in July 2015 and her previous position was senior manager.
Zhang lives in Creve Coeur.
美國聯邦儲備銀行Federal Reserve Bank是美國的中央銀行體系「聯邦儲備系統」的運作分支，共12個銀行，每個銀行分管自己的聯邦準備轄區。聯邦儲備銀行乃於1914年11月由美國眾議院所通過成立，以協助聯準會監理銀行與金融。
根據章程，美國聯邦儲備銀行建立的目的是為了幫助消除通貨膨脹和通貨緊縮的影響，並積極參與創造環境，促進高就業率、穩定物價、國民經濟增長和不斷提升的消費水平。它的另一項重要職責則是推動資金在銀行系統內安全高效地流轉。
目前美國通貨膨脹問題極為嚴重，消費者物價指數(CPI)創歷史新高，消費者信心指數(CCI)也有惡化趨勢，因此聯邦儲備銀行對抗通膨的一舉一動也備受矚目，尤其在加息的議題上經常登上報紙頭條。
